If you’re a big fan of dark chocolate you might dislike the taste of the common brownies. A way to make brownies more intense is to add less sugar, add more cacao, add 70 percent or up cooking chocolate and use zucchini to put a little bit of a bitter taste to it. Zucchini also helps it to give it a lighter structure while keeping the intense taste.
