Lauren Vermue is the founder of The Good Food Kitchen. What began as a passion for good food has slowly developed itself to a fully sustainable catering company. Already at a young age Lauren chose to become a vegetarian, this makes that he has only developed himself with cooking in a vegetarian way. This makes he developed his taste in an authentic and unique way. His specialty is the Italian kitchen, good fresh product, simple combinations yet very tasteful. Lauren gets his inpiration from inspiring cookbooks, travelling through Italy, the pioneers of San Francisco and restaurants who are working in the same way. Besides cooking Lauren loves to work with photography, hence the way this website is designed and how the photos are used everywhere.
